Once your request is submitted, the Mena Homes admin team will carefully review your documentation and verify your company’s credentials. If we need to confirm any details, we may reach out directly.
3. Receive Login Credentials
After successful verification, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a link to Mena Homes Workspace and login instructions. This will give you access to the platform so you can start building your agency profile.
4. Complete Your Profile Setup
Once logged in, it’s time to build a profile that stands out. You’ll have to:

Information of your agency will be pre-filled. You’ll only have to upload the agency logo by clicking on the “Camera” icon.
2. Upload Your Information as Manager
Your information as the first Real Estate agent of the agency, and also as Agency Manager is important. So, upload a picture of you, and set your phone number and location.
3. Set Up Payment Method
To finish the onboarding process, you must add your payment method in order to validate the payment of the subscription plan agreed with our Sales team. Don’t worry, all payments are securely processed through Stripe.
5. Fill Out Your Details
Now that you’ve set the foundation, it’s time to complete your profile:
Set Your Languages: Open your services to a wider audience by adding up to four languages you speak.
Add Service Areas: Select up to four areas where you specialize—helping clients know exactly where you shine.
Specify Your Job Position: Whether you’re a Senior Sales Agent or a Property Consultant, include your title so clients understand your role and experience.
Add the Year You Started: Highlight your industry experience by selecting the year you began working in real estate.
Write Your About Me Section: Share your story! Use this space to introduce yourself, describe your approach, and let clients know what makes you different.
